Resilient Roots: A Faith-Based Group for Women with 3 or More ACEs

You were made to heal, not just survive. If you scored 3 or more on the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) quiz, you’ve likely carried emotional burdens longer than anyone realized. But here’s the good news: God’s heart is for your healing and you don’t have to do it alone.

Together, We Will:

• Learn how trauma shaped your body, brain, and beliefs

• Practice grounding, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting

• Grieve and honor what happened to you

• Rebuild trust in yourself, in community, and in God

You’ll Also Receive:

• Faith integration woven into each session
• Individual Homework outside of Sessions
• Priority scheduling of individual counseling appointments

What to Expect:

• 8 Virtual Weekly Sessions using (HIPAA-compliant platform)
• 90 minute sessions
• Led by Trauma-Informed Christian Therapist
• $40/Session or $320 paid in full
  • Payment plans available. Two reduced-fee spots available for financial hardship.
