Self Guided “Therapy”
Sometimes therapy isn’t the next step, but something is. This course is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, explore the counseling process, and see how far they can go with their own insight and intention.
Self-Guided “Therapy” is a four-part course that offers an independent introduction to healing and personal growth. You’ll explore who you are, what’s shaped you, what’s healing, and what’s next.
In this course you’ll:
- Reflect on your story and what you need right now
- Identify restorative relationships and boundaries
- Set meaningful goals rooted in your values
- Learn how to support your mental health at the pace you set
Each session includes short video guidance, printable worksheets, and optional reading. Whether you’re dipping your toe or diving in this course will be however deep you make it.
*This is an education and therapeutic course, but it is not the same as therapy.*

Welcome to my library of thoughtful (and sometimes random) ideas! Created with both client care and self-care in mind. Here you’ll find a growing collection of tools designed to support your work, your healing, and your daily life.
Whether you’re looking for a journal prompt to help you reflect, a worksheet to manage your tasks, or a guide to prepare for a tough supervision session, I’ve got something for you.
Take what you need. Come back when you need more. And if you’ve got an idea for a resource you’d love to see here, send it my way!
- This worksheet is designed to help you make the most of your day- especially when you are busy and moments can slip away unnoticed. Instead of doom scrolling or feeling like you have no time for rest, you can use this worksheet to pre-decide activities you can accomplish in a given amount of time, so that when you find yourself with a spare minute you already know ways to enjoy it.
- Choose activities that fit your needs. Think about quick things that refresh, encourage, or help you feel productive- like journaling, stretching, calling a friend, or tidying.
- Keep your list handy. When you find yourself with an unexpected pocket of time you can glance at your worksheet and take action right away.
- A “micro moment” is a small, intentional pause in your day to care for yourself. It can be as simple as taking three deep breaths before your next meetings, sipping an ice water slowly, or stepping outside to look around you for a few minutes.
- When life feels busy or overwhelming, it’s easy to think self-care requires big chunks of time, elaborate routines, or a line item in the budget. Micro moments reminds us that even the tiniest acts of care can shift our mood, calm our body, and reconnect us with the present. They fit naturally into the flow of your day without adding stress or another “to do”.
- Practicing micro moments throughout your day can:
- Reduce stress and anxiety- by giving your nervous system a chance to reset.
- Build resilience- these short pauses help you respond to challenges instead of reacting automatically.
- Encourage self-compassion– by reminding you that your needs are important, even in small ways.
- Increase mindfulness -so you’re more present with yourself and others.
- Boost overall well-being -by weaving little bits of rest and kindness into your daily rhythm.
